Local advertising for Fastlane has given us some hints on where WWE is heading with its booking and certain rivalries.

With this year's Royal Rumble in the rearview mirror, we are officially on the Road to WrestleMania. However, it is an extremely long road. Not just because WrestleMania is still more than two months away, but also because there are still two PPVs on that road. Elimination Chamber in February and Fastlane in March.

That means even though two matches are technically already booked for WrestleMania, there will be a lot of twists and turns to come. That's why we found it strange when Becky Lynch picked Ronda Rousey rather than the Raw Women's Title. We're assuming that since Rousey prides herself on being a fighting champion, she will be defending the belt a time or two between now and 'Mania. She might not even be champion by April 7, 2019.

When it comes to what WWE has planned for various Superstars and rivalries between now and WrestleMania, local advertising in Cleveland, Ohio has given us a clue. As reported by SEScoops advertising in Cleveland for Fastlane, which will take place in the city on March 10, 2019, has spoiled what three of the matches will be. Or at least what WWE is planning at this point in time.

The three matches currently being advertised for Fastlane are Bobby Lashley versus Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Title, Charlotte Flair versus Becky Lynch, and AJ Styles against Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship. The most surprising of the three is the first. The Architect already booked his spot at WrestleMania by winning the men's Royal Rumble match. Why would he be vying for the IC Title between now and then?

While WWE will likely lean on the "card subject to change" crutch, the above advertising is still very interesting. It suggests that Bryan will win next month's Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Title. It also seems even more likely that Flair will be added to Lynch versus Rousey at 'Mania. Perhaps their Fastlane match could even be a "win and you're in" type scenario.
