Jeff Hardy recently admitted that he has accomplished everything he ever wanted to in wrestling, but that doesn't mean he is done just yet.

There are certain things in WWE that seem to be loftier goals than winning the company's biggest prize. Appearing in the main event at WrestleMania. Winning a Royal Rumble match. Performing opposite The Undertaker on the grandest stage of them all. One of the more recent additions to the list is a match with The Beast, Brock Lesnar.

Many fans may not like Lesnar still being under the employ of WWE, however, there is no doubting that the man is still an attraction. Apparently, that appeal extends to the Superstars backstage too. When asked, there are an awful lot of wrestlers who are dying to be the next one to be selected for that elusive match against the Universal Champion. Matt Riddle has been throwing his hat into that ring since before he was signed to the company.

While Riddle has his sights set on retiring The Beast, Jeff Hardy just wants a match with the former UFC Champion. During a recent interview with The Five Count, Hardy explained that he has accomplished everything he could ever have hoped to achieve between the ropes. However, he doesn't intend on retiring just yet and before he does, he would love one more go around with Lesnar.

"Before I'm done, I'd love to have a one-on-one match with Brock Lesnar," Hardy admitted. The two have gone at it once before, but that was a long time ago. All the way back in 2002 to be exact, when Lesnar first debuted on the main roster. "He's a maniac, freak athlete that I would love to get in there with one more time before I'm done."

Unfortunately, the likelihood of Hardy having a one on one match with Lesnar at this point in his career is extremely unlikely. Not only has WWE placed him back alongside a returning Matt Hardy, but spots opposite Lesnar are only reserved for the very top stars. Seth Rollins could very well be the last man who ever wrestles Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.
