Jeff Jarrett was last seen by most wrestling fans on an episode of Table for 3 on the WWE Network. This was right after he was inducted into the 2018 Class of the WWE Hall of Fame. Part of the reason he was inducted was his legacy in WWE, but also as a pioneer for wrestling, starting promotions like TNA and Global Force Wrestling. One company is still going — now known as Impact Wrestling — while the other seemed to have died after its partnership with Anthem Sports fell through. With little going on in WWE after his induction and Jarrett not prone to sit around, he's reviving GFW. This time the company will be known as Global Force Entertainment.

Jarrett will bring back his new pro wrestling project exclusively with the FITE digital platform. FITE is a combat sports streaming service that announced their partnership with Jarrett on May 24, 2018. They said:

"Today FITE TV and Global Force Entertainment (GFE) announced their partnership for GFE to develop sports and entertainment programming for the FITE combat sports platform. FITE is the premium digital network for live streaming of combat sports on a global basis.

”FITE has a long standing relationship with Jeff Jarrett dating back to the first ever live PPV event on the digital platform, NJPW WrestleKingdom 9”, said Michael Weber, FITE COO. “Currently we are working with Jeff on some very exciting programming for FITE that we will be announcing over the summer that help us to continue to be the number one digital platform for combat sports”.

It appears Jarrett and GFE will produce wrestling and non-wrestling content for the platform which has over 750,000 subscribers and presented live events all around the world. GFE will also be acquiring the rights to air other wrestling promotions not GFE related and that's an area where Jarrett seems to have had some success.

He's a strong partnership builder and it was rumored that perhaps Triple H was going to find a use for him as a resource in WWE. That appears no longer to be the case with this new deal and GFE seemingly coming back to life out of nowhere.
