John Cena has confirmed that he will be at WrestleMania 35 "no matter what" when the show of shows rolls through New York next April.

Even though we are currently at a time when we are equidistant between the last WrestleMania and the next one, speculation as to what we might see in New York has already begun. Batista's interesting interaction with Triple H last week, for example. Fans are already of the belief that The Animal versus The Game might go down at WrestleMania 35.

That's not the only match fans believe could go down next April either. There has also been talk of a dream match, for some at least, between Roman Reigns and The Rock. If that match doesn't happen and The Big Dog doesn't headline a fifth straight WrestleMania, we could see the first ever women's match closing the show. Ronda Rousey is one of the biggest stars in the company right now after all.

That still leaves a lot of names left over to find jobs for. One name in particular that is being discussed right now is John Cena. That's because, during a recent appearance on Today Show Radio, the sixteen-time World Champion confirmed he will be at WrestleMania 35. Cena fielded questions from children and promised one young man that he will be a part of WWE's marquee show in 2019.

So that begs the question, what is there left to do for Cena in WWE? Especially something worthy of WrestleMania. He has already battled The Rock (twice), taken on The Undertaker, and has already fought Shawn Michaels should HBK stick around for more matches after his Crown Jewel return. Cena and WWE likely have something in mind, but it will have to be big and pretty unique to not simply be a repeat of something he has already done.

Cena's WWE career is winding down and we are seeing him less and less in the ring. The last time he wrestled was recently at Super Show-Down in Australia, but that was his first match in almost six months. He didn't even return for SummerSlam. Cena never misses WrestleMania, though. The last time he wasn't on the card was WrestleMania X-8, and that's because he hadn't been called up to the main roster yet.
