Massive Superstar Hints He'll Be At Raw Reunion Despite Not Being Advertised

There will reportedly be more than 40 returning Superstars on Raw's reunion show, but there is one big name that has not been advertised.

Every now and again, Vince McMahon will make a few calls and jam-pack a Raw with a litany of Superstars from the past to pop a rating. Normally, we have to wait for some sort of anniversary for that to happen. Raw's 25th anniversary or SmackDown's 1000th show are a couple of recent examples. However, as far as we can tell, there is no milestone reason for this Monday's Raw reunion.

We imagine the one and only reason WWE has decided to put on a show of this scale is to appease networks that might be getting cold feet. We can't imagine Fox is too happy with Raw and SmackDown's ever-decreasing ratings. It has paid more than $1 billion to show the latter on its network for the next five years after all.

The guest list for the Raw reunion is massive and incredibly impressive. Stone Cold, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, and Shawn Michaels are just a few of the almost 40 names that have been announced to appear so far. There is still one big name missing from that list, though. John Cena. The 16-time World Champion has not featured in the ads for the show.

However, Cena sort of hinted to Deco Drive that he will be making a surprise appearance on Monday night. "They say it's going to be one of the biggest Raws of all time, and certainly memorable. We will see," Cena said, throwing his patented "You Can't See Me" taunt in at the end for good measure. So will we see you or not, John? We guess we'll have to wait until Monday to find out.

As his movie career continues to grow, Cena's career as a WWE Superstar edges ever closer to its end. The last time The Franchise Player appeared on WWE TV was at this year's WrestleMania. The last time he wrestled in a match was three months earlier on Raw. We wouldn't be surprised to see Cena on Raw this Monday, but we doubt it will be the beginning of his next run. At this point, that may never come.
