Jon Moxley and Joey Janela brought everything fans might have expected from their match. They added tacks, barbed wire, and tables. Then, to close the show, Kenny Omega got a little payback.

For those fans who watched AEW's presentation of Double or Nothing, they witnessed the debut of Jon Moxley. They also saw Moxley attack both Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega after the main event had ended. It was only a matter of time before Omega got revenge.

The video above is what Omega did to Moxley after Moxley had competed in and won a brutal match with Joey Janela where every imaginable weapon was used.

Like any good no holds barred, no DQ or non-sanctioned match might be, Moxley vs Janela had tables, chairs, barbed wire, ladders, more tables and more barbed wire and then a few thousand thumbtacks from two bags to close things off. Both Moxley and Janela went through a ton, proving they were will to offer an edgier-than-PG product. Some of it, specifically the tacks to Janela's exposed feet, were hard to watch.

Still, it was a great match, worthy of being the main event and showcasing what fans can expect from AEW. This was the kind of match the company wanted to put on when broadcasting their PPV for free on Bleacher Report Live, because it was also the kind of match that would hook you in.

What This Means

Janela was ok, Moxley was smiling to end the show and Omega got his shots in before the two face off at All Out in August. All three men are probably better off tonight than Cody Rhodes who took an unbelievably dangerous chair shot to the head. That's saying a lot.

A good match, a wacky ending and a pretty good PPV for the company's second-ever event.
