Jon Moxley has revealed all about his last few months and eventual departure from WWE, and it was so much worse than we thought.

Jon Moxley shocked the wrestling world this past weekend when he invaded Double Or Nothing. The man formerly known as Dean Ambrose appeared after the show's main event and attacked both Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega. Some fans thought Moxley might show his face on the show, but it didn't make the moment that he did any less special.

What we didn't know much about is why Moxley decided to leave WWE and how he ended up in AEW, until now. The former WWE Champion told all about how bad things got for him in WWE on Talk Is Jericho this week. It turns out that the straw that broke the camel's back was the promo during which Moxley, or Ambrose at the time, received an injection into his backside.

That promo was merely the breaking point though, and Moxley revealed his relationship with Vince McMahon was never a good one. He described the two of them as being like "mentos and Coke" and revealed that he would feel physically sick before having to go to work. On the morning of WWE shows, he would wake up and just stare at the ceiling, wondering what awaited him this time.

Moxley admitted that on most occasions, he would tell Mr. McMahon that he thought his ideas were bad, but ultimately said he would try to make it work. However, he also described one time where he flat out refused to say what he was told. The boss wanted him to say something downright unforgivable about Roman Reigns' leukemia. Something so horrible that Moxley claims it would have lost WWE sponsors, and he wouldn't even repeat the line on the podcast.

All of that, and we still haven't revealed the most telling comment of all. "If there were no other promotion to work for in the world, I still would have left WWE," Moxley said to Jericho and his listeners. Even if AEW didn't exist, he claims that he would have still left WWE. In fact, he goes on to say that he would have started his own wrestling school and attempted to start up his own promotion. We are happy Moxley is in AEW, but we would have been fully on board with that too.
