After missing Raw this week, there have been reports that Keith Lee's unexplained absence could extend to Elimination Chamber.

Unexplained absences in both WWE and AEW have been commonplace for almost a year now. It's assumed that on a lot of those occasions, the missing wrestlers have either tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has it. WWE only tends to go public with that sort of thing if it's someone whose absence cannot be ignored, like Drew McIntyre during the build to Royal Rumble.

It was also known that Mia Yim, who may or may not still be Retribution's Reckoning, also missed TV due to contracting COVID-19. Since Yim is engaged to Keith Lee, the former NXT Champion was also absent for a couple of weeks. Lee returned to Raw last week and is scheduled to compete for the US Title at Elimination Chamber this Sunday.

Lee's status for Sunday's show might now be up in the air. The Limitless One didn't appear on Raw this week. Announcers attributed the absence to injuries Lee had suffered the prior week. However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, no Lee on Raw could well mean no Lee at the Chamber either. The match might well be scrapped, or reduced to a singles clash between Bobby Lashley and Riddle.

Elimination Chamber is only four days away and there could be a lot of changes to the card before it arrives. The main event for the WWE Title has already been switched up after The Miz relinquished his spot in the match. Miz wanted his spot to go to John Morrison, who was also missing from Raw this week. The spot went to Kofi Kingston instead after he beat The Miz in a "win and you're in" style match.

WWE is also yet to announce a replacement for Lacey Evans. In fact, at the time of typing this, Evans is still listed to compete. Apparently, the pregnancy angle is actually legitimate, meaning a change will need to be made to the Raw Women's Title match. Needless to say, four days from now, the Chamber card will likely look a lot different than it does now.
