WWE's Keith Lee came pretty close to explaining his absence from WWE television but didn't. The Raw superstar has been away from the action since February, with reports suggesting he isn't medically cleared to wrestle.

Last month, Lee indicated he was intent on taking some time to explain the situation to his fans via a tweet in which he thanked them for the encouraging words. On Friday night, he again took to the social media platform to reveal he wants to do something "educational" and "inspiring" to let supporters in on what's going on. However, something changed that made it so he couldn't address the concerns.

“I wanted to do something educational, but also inspiring to tell you guys about everything since late January. Seems that is off the table for now. So….with that, I will find another way to tell guys about everything. It might simply a video of me chatting with you. We’ll see,” he wrote.

Lee did not say what changed, nor are we aware of what he was planning on saying. His tweet comes in the wake of his fiancee Mia Yim responding to fans speaking on his status with WWE.

The Situation, In A Nutshell

As mentioned above, Lee hasn't wrestled since February. Back in March, it was reported that he was not medically cleared for wrestling. Reports also indicate that he was taken off television due to health reasons and underwent tests. There's no word on what the results of those tests were but the performer was understood to be working towards getting cleared.

He did participate in the watch-along for NXT Takeover: Stand and Deliver on Night Two.
