Kevin Owens profile on WWE.com has been moved to the alumni section after he quit on Raw this past Monday night.

Kevin Owens hasn't exactly had the best couple of months recently in WWE. The Prizefighter has had to deal with Braun Strowman and suffice to say, he hasn't often been the one coming out of their interactions on top. Yes, he did win a cage match at Extreme Rules, but that's only because he was thrown off the top of the structure to the floor below.

With what is presumably KO and Strowman's last match out of the way at SummerSlam, the former Universal Champion set his sights on a new goal this week on Raw. Seth Rollins issued an open challenge for his Intercontinental Title and Owens answered. Despite a spirited effort from KO in what was a terrific match between the two, The Architect retained his championship.

It seems that loss on Raw was the final straw for Owens. The show went to a commercial break after his loss and when it returned, KO was still sat in the ring. The Prizefighter lifted a mic to his lips and said just two words, I quit. His departure is all a part of the show, of course, but WWE is going all in on the angle.

The Prizefighter has been added to the company's alumni section on WWE.com. It's actually a part of the website Owens should be familiar with. He and Sami Zayn's profiles were moved there earlier this year during the storyline that revolved around them being fired from SmackDown Live. KO also changed his Twitter profile to his real name and made it really seem as if he had left WWE last time around. This time he just seems to have deleted all of his tweets apart from two, one featuring photos of his WWE highlights and the other his low points with the company, all of which involve Strowman.

Ever since Owens signed a new five-year contract with WWE it feels as if the company has been taking him for granted. Hopefully, this is a sign that's about to change. We want the KO who won the NXT Title and took on John Cena as soon as he arrived on the main roster. Not the one who loses an extremely one-sided match at SummerSlam and gets pushed over in port-a-johns.
