Boston Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving has offered up an explanation for his incredible balancing act - and admittedly, he hasn't left us with a whole lot to go on.

A video of the player performing some mindboggling drills (so to speak) surfaced recently. And he looked a smoother criminal than the late, great Michael Jackson himself.

If you haven't seen it yet, then you could catch it just below. And if you have, we're pretty sure you're about to watch it again.

As you would imagine, reporters simply couldn't wait to get a hold of the Boston star to grill him. The whole world wants to know how he pulled these tricks off, after all.

But speaking with the form of a true magician, Kyrie refused to divulge, shooting a quick word of thanks to Nike instead.

“It’s magic, man,” he said this week, per MassLive’s Tom Westerholm. “That’s all I can say. It’s just magic. I’m just appreciative of Nike giving me the technology, my shoes, being able to capture that on camera.”

Many have questioned the video's authenticity, including ESPN's Rachel Nichols, who attempted to dissect it on The Jump on Monday.

And who could blame folks for being hesitant when it comes to believing this is all real? Heck, even some of Kyrie's teammates are unsure.

"Nah, that's not real," Marcus Morris said ahead of the Celtics' win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.

"I mean, I don't know," he said. "Maybe. I don't want to steal his shine. I don't know. (Expletive), it might be real. But I've never seen him do that stuff, but it could be real.

"Guys come in at night, do their own thing. He might be coming at night and doing some crazy (expletive). He already does some (expletive) on the court, that I'm like, 'That's crazy.' He might, he might not."

What This Means

We're going to level with you here; we still don't know.

It appears that Irving isn't all that keen on letting anyone in on the secret. But he's going to be found out some day, just you wait.
