Lita will return to WWE for her first singles match in more than six years at Evolution and is maybe open to wrestling more beyond that.

The women's revolution in WWE has brought so many great things along with it, one of which is the return of Superstars who paved the way for today's females. During the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match earlier this year, former stars such as Trish Stratus, Molly Holly, Torrie Wilson, and even Vickie Guerrero made surprise appearances.

Clearly, some of those wrestlers have been re-bitten by the pro wrestling bug and will be back at WWE Evolution on October 28, 2018, the first all women's PPV in WWE history. Stratus will be back once again to take on Alexa Bliss, the former's first singles match in eight and half years. Plus, Lita will also be back to take on the woman who retired her all the way back ion 2006, Mickie James.

Lita was also in the Royal Rumble match and during a recent interview with Planeta Wrestling, refused to rule out more matches after Evolution. "You go in with it being the idea of a one-time thing, but it's likely and potentially that the excitement of it or the crowd's response to it could turn it into something more than a one-off," Lita admitted when discussing how WWE comebacks always make her feel.

Planeta Wrestling naturally pressed Lita for more information on what's to come after Evolution, but she had the perfect response. "They wouldn't be surprises if I told you right now." In truth, it seems as if Lita doesn't know herself right now. She hasn't wrestled on a regular basis for a very long time, and probably wants to see how this first match goes before she commits to doing anything else.

WWE is building to three big shows at the same time right now, and Evolution is one of them. Needless to say, it feels as if fans are more excited for Evolution than they are Super Show-Down and Crown Jewel. Even though only two matches have been announced for it so far, there are a number of things promised such as three title matches and the final of the Mae Young Classic. It will be a historic night for WWE and an unmissable one for the fans.
