Liv Morgan has been cleared to return to the ring following her concussion just in time to compete at WWE Super Show-Down.

Brie Bella accidentally kicking Liv Morgan in the head on Raw and giving her a concussion is the story that just refuses to go away. Fans and those in the industry have been split over whether Bella deserves the criticism that she has received ever since. Some have shrugged it off and chalk it up to accidents happening in the ring whereas others think that it was a mistake she shouldn't have made.

Whatever side of the fence you fall on, the main thing is that Morgan is okay. Not only is she okay, but the Riott Squad member was on Raw this week. She didn't compete but did accompany Ruby Riott to the ring for her match versus Ronda Rousey. Morgan was also on the road with the Raw roster for live events last weekend but again, she did not wrestle.

There is even more good news on that front, however. The Wrestling Observer has confirmed that prior to Raw this past Monday, Morgan was cleared to return to in-ring action. There was likely a fear backstage that Morgan would not have recovered in time for Super Show-Down where she will be taking part in one of the event's bigger matches.

Morgan, Riott, and the Squad's third member Sarah Logan will be tasked with beating Rousey and The Bella Twins. Had Morgan not been cleared in time to compete in Australia, who knows which Superstar WWE would have selected to take her place. Thankfully that is now immaterial and the match will go ahead as planned this weekend.

Since the six-person tag at Super Show-Down will mark Morgan's return to the ring, it will also be the first time she has locked up with Brie since the incident. By all accounts, the Bella twin was more distraught about the whole incident than Morgan was. That certainly seems to be the case judging by Daniel Bryan tweets that leaped to his wife's defense earlier this week. Hopefully, after Super Show-Down, it will be considered ancient history.
