Mandy Rose recently spoke about rumors WWE might be moving towards a romantic storyline between herself and Sonya Deville. Saying she doesn't know what WWE has planned, she's on board if the company decides to go that route.

Rose spoke with Uproxx this week and discussed the speculation WWE might be teasing the idea of something romantic going on between herself and her best friend Deville. When asked if she could offer any insight, Rose said she didn't but added, "I think there's definitely rumors and stuff like that. But it's also hard to say because my character is pretty sexual and pretty sassy, the way I am."

Teasing the idea that fans should stay tuned and watch where her interactions with Deville go, "But I guess you're just going to have to stay tuned, right? You never know," she said. She added, "And obviously, if there was ever to be a type of relationship with us, I'm super supportive and WWE is super supportive of inclusion and the LGBTQ community, so I think it would be awesome."

What This Means

When the rumors first started, some fans suggested people were reading too much into a segment post-match between Deville and Rose. Now, it appears there might actually be something to this and, at the very least, the company is keeping that door open.

The one thing Rose did make clear is that she and Deville are best friends on tv and outside of shooting segments for WWE. They travel together, have been best friends since they met and that no matter what they do in WWE, she hopes that never changes. Saying their relationship has never gotten complicated, she added, "I hope it never does, because we have a great relationship, and I hope it never gets like that, because we want to continue our friendship. It's everlasting, outside of WWE as well."
