Mandy Rose had a great run on SmackDown Live in a storyline with her, then, boyfriend Otis which saw her eventually get her revenge on former tag-team partner Sonya Deville and beat her in a loser leaves WWE match.

Mandy Rose was drafted to Monday Night RAW from SmackDown Live after The Miz called in a favour with the USA executives to get her separated from Otis, who The Miz was feuding with over the Money In The Bank briefcase at the time.

She has now been given a new lease of life on Monday Night RAW being put in a new tag-team with fellow blonde Dana Brooke. The two women have wasted no time cementing themselves in an otherwise sparse and underused women's tag-team division.

However, a big part of that could be thanks to Mandy Rose's pre-match ritual, which she recently revealed during an interview with D-Von on his podcast Table Talk w/D-Von. It's not unusual for wrestlers and performers to have pre-performance rituals and whilst there are some strange ones, Rose's isn't particularly strange.

“Before my match, I have this weird thing where I have to do 20 push-ups, and sometimes, I do a little more if I have extra time. But it has to be 20, and just the normal [stuff], like stretching and kind of just getting in the moment, because once you come out those curtains, that's it. You're live. So, I would say I'm just really focusing on being in the moment.” [H/T Wrestling Inc.]

Rose and Brooke are still waiting for a big break in the tag-team division although it seems that she may have more to say in regards to the ongoing storyline involving The Miz defeating her former on-screen boyfriend Otis to win the Money in the Bank briefcase. Her former on-screen lover Dolph Ziggler is also sniffing around again.
