From winning World's Strongest Man Competitions to body slamming opponents in the squared circle, it's been quite a journey for Mark Henry - who will now be enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame.

Nick Schwartz of USA Today first broke the news, and WWE confirmed it on their official Twitter account:

Henry joins a stacked cast that also includes Goldberg, The Dudley Boyz, Ivory, Jeff Jarrett, Hillbilly Jim and Kid Rock, who'll be inducted into the celebrity wing for his contributions to the WWE.

The 6-foot-4, 360-pound Henry was rumored to be part of the 2018 Hall of Fame Class for a few months, but it's now official, and extremely well deserved. Henry joined the WWE in 1996 and became popular for his "Sexual Chocolate" gimmick, before working his way up to be one of the company's top main event stars.

Henry, who won the ECW, World Heavyweight and European Championships once each, also took home three Slammy Awards. He had memorable feuds with fellow big men in Big Show and Batista.

Henry hasn't wrestled since competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, though reports have suggested that he's done as an in-ring performer. He now works backstage in the WWE as a producer.

Though no longer a wrestler, Henry has also made headlines for some of his recent comments towards past and current superstars.

He recently told TMZ Sports that Hulk Hogan is welcome back to the WWE, provided he apologies to "all of the existing African-American talent." Henry also said that superstar Finn Balor needs to step his game up, if The Demon King wants to take his career to the next level.

Now, Henry's storied career in the WWE - which has spanned over two decades- will culminate with an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Congratulations to the World's Strongest Man, who will be the WWE's strongest induction ever.
