Ndamukong Suh had an up-and-down three-year tenure with the Miami Dolphins, but it's safe to say he's happy probably happy playing on a Los Angeles Rams defensive line that promises to terrorize the NFL in 2018.

The official NFL Instagram page posted a video of Christian McCaffrey sprinting for a 71-yard touchdown against the Miami Dolphins. As you can see below, Suh takes a shot at his former team.

The Dolphins signed the perennial Pro Bowl to mammoth six-year, $114 million contract in the 2015 offseason. Suh did make the Pro Bowl again in 2016 and helped the Dolphins reach the playoffs, but he didn't quite perform up to the lofty expectations.

Miami opted to release Suh in the offseason, as they tried to undergo a "culture change." He then signed a one-year contract worth $14 million with the Los Angeles Rams, joining the league's best defensive player in Aaron Donald. Together, these two will absolutely dominate and punish opposing players.

The funny thing about Suh mocking Miami's defense in that post, however, is that the Rams actually allowed 122.4 rushing yards per game in 2017. That was the fifth-worst in 2017, whereas the Dolphins ranked 14th, allowing 110.5 per game.

Nonetheless, the Rams defense should be one of the NFL's best next season. They're ran by the legendary Wade Phillips, and the front office also landed Pro Bowl cornerbacks in Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters this offseason.

As for the Dolphins, the roster underwent quite an offseason makeover. Besides cutting Suh, they traded Pro Bowl wide receiver Jarvis Landry to the Cleveland Browns, and signed wideouts Danny Amendola and Albert Wilson to fill the void.

We'll see if the Dolphins defense can take it to another level without Suh in 2018, and if he'll be able to live up to higher expectations in Los Angeles.
