As we await Sunday's NFL action, there are a large quantity of notable players that are battling injuries. We know some of them won't be suiting up this week, but some players are being listed as either questionable or probable.

Things can change between now and Sunday before kickoff, but we now have good indications as to which players will be playing, and which ones need more time before they return to the field.

Here are the latest injury updates to some notable players as we await the starts of Suday's game.

The lowly 1-3 Buffalo Bills have difficult test this Sunday, when they host the 3-1 Tennessee Titans. Safety Micah Hyde remains week-to-week with a groin injury, per Mike Rodak of ESPN.com. A shoulder injury has backup safety Rafael Bush day-to-day, per Rodak.

Marcus Mariota had an excellent showing against the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles in their Week 4 victory. If the Bills don't have their top safeties in, Mariota could have a field day.

Randall Cobb

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was highly critical of the performance of his team's offense last Sunday vs. the Bills. They'll have to take the field without wide receiver Randall Cobb this Sunday, per ESPN's Rob Demovsky.

Cobb suffered a hamstring injury last week and was inactive for the game vs. Buffalo. He's set to miss their Week 5 contest against the Detroit Lions, meaning the likes of Davante Adams and Jimmy Graham must step up in his absence.

The Cincinnati Bengals will be without running back Giovani Bernard four two-to-four weeks as he recovers from an MCL sprain, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero (h/t Herbie Teope of NFL.com). But Joe Mixon returns after missing the previous two games with a knee injury, so the Cincinnati ground game should be a force this Sunday vs. the Miami Dolphins.

The second-year back has 179 rushing yards and one touchdown on the 2018 season. Mixon returns to a Cincinnati team that's off to a surprising 2-1 start.

Per ESPN's Katherine Terrell, the Bengals are also activating Vontaze Burfict, who was suspended the first four games for violating the league's drug policy. Tight end Tyler Eifert was placed on IR and is expected to miss the rest of the season after suffering a broken ankle.

Texans Updates

The Houston Texans won their first game of the season vs. the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday. Per Drew Dougherty of Texans TV, they could be without top running back Lamar Miller, who's questionable with a chest injury.

Wide receivers Keke Coutee and Will Fuller are both questionable this week, per Teope. Kayvon Webster will also suit up Sunday for the first time this season and make his Texans debut, per Teope.

Leonard Fournette and D.J. Hayden

The Jaguars announced Friday that second-year running back Leonard Fournette and cornerback D.J. Hayden have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fournette has only played two games this season, as he continues to deal with a hamper injury. He's carried the ball 20 times for 71 yards this season. The Jaguars have gotten strong production from backup RBs T.J. Yeldon and Corey Grant, and they'll need more of it in Sunday's big game vs. the red hot Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City.

The AFC East leaders are looking to rebound from an ugly road loss against the surging New England Patriots, but they could be without a handful of key contributors.

Speedy wideout DeVante Parker (quadricep) is questionable, along with safety Reshad Jones (shoulder). Pass rusher Cameron Wake is unlikely to play as he deals with a knee injury, per Teope.

Doubtful/Ruled Out

More players that aren't to play this week: Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams (hamstring), and safety Morgan Burnett (groin),LA Chargers tackle Joe Barksdale (knee), wide receiver Travis Benjamin (foot), Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry (heel) and Denver Broncos punter Marquette King (thigh), per Teope.

Players that have been ruined out include LA Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein (groin), Detroit Lions guard T.J. Lang (concussion), and defensive end Ezekiel Ansah (shoulder). The 1-3 Lions host the Green Bay Packers this Sunday in a must-win game.

The Carolina Panthers return from their bye week to host the struggling New York Giants, but Cam Newton will be without his best weapon this Sunday. Tight end Greg Olsen continues to nurse a right foot fracture and won't play this Sunday, via Teope.

Olsen appeared in the Week 1 opener vs. the Dallas Cowboys, catching two passes for 33 yards. The Panthers are 2-1 entering their Week 5 contest
