NXT adjusted to life during the pandemic by bringing back WWE's In Your House PPV last year. Apropos since many of us had to stay in our houses for a number of months. Even though the pandemic is hopefully winding down, the black and gold brand will be keeping In Your House alive.

The retro PPV theme will return to NXT for a second time later this month, and everything you need to know about the card can be found below. As has now become customary, outside of WrestleMania weekend NXT TakeOver events stand alone. In Your House will take place on a Sunday night, June 13, 2021. The main card will begin at 8 pm EST with a kickoff show airing 30 mins before it begins. As always, it will air exclusively on Peacock in the US and the regular WWE Network everywhere else.

Karrion Kross vs. Adam Cole vs. Pete Dunne vs. Kyle O'Reilly vs. Johnny Gargano for the NXT Championship

Karrion Kross looked set to be one of the most dominant NXT Champions ever when he won the title last year. However, in the process of becoming champion, he picked up an injury that forced him to relinquish the title just days later. Finn Balor kept the title warm for Kross while he was away and when he decided he wanted the championship back, he took it.

Kross has now beaten Balor twice which means it's time for someone else to step up. That someone else was set to be determined on NXT. However, the triple threat match between Pete Dunne, Kyle O'Reilly, and Johnny Gargano was thrown into disarray by a returning Adam Cole. The solution? Have Kross defend the championship in a Fatal 5-Way match. Expect chaos at TakeOver, and for Kross to emerge with his title reign intact.

Raquel Gonzalez vs. Ember Moon for the NXT Women's Championship

The NXT Women's Title has quite the legacy despite not being around for all that long. Some pretty formidable Superstars have held the gold, one of which was so formidable that Ember Moon couldn't become champion until she decided to give it up. We are, of course, talking about Asuka and her 500+ day reign.

Moon is now back in NXT and another intimidating opponent has the title. Raquel Gonzalez hasn't been champion for more than 500 days, though. In fact, this will only be Gonzalez's second defense since she won the championship two months ago. This will be a terrific match, possibly the match of the night, and sadly for Moon, we don't fancy her chances.

LA Knight vs. Cameron Grimes in a Ladder Match for the Million Dollar Championship

Cameron Grimes might well be the most entertaining Superstar in all of NXT right now. That's not even accounting for what he can do in the ring. His millionaire gimmick has been must-see TV, and kudos to WWE for being able to bring Ted DiBiase into the fold to add to that dynamic.

Grimes will get the chance to do what he does best at In Your House though, and that's wrestle. He is so entertaining in every other facet of the business that people sleep on what he can do between the ropes. Grimes versus Knight might well be the sleeper match of the night, especially now there's a ladder involved. Plus, DiBiase has put his Million Dollar Title up for grabs.

Xia Li vs. Mercedes Martinez

While Grimes' work has been some of the most entertaining in NXT during the build to In Your House, Xia Li's has been the most fascinating. The whole aura surrounding her darker gimmick draws the attention of the fans in the same way that The Fiend did to begin with, and now Mercedes Martinez is Li's next target.

Martinez's role in NXT is pretty clear. She's a top star, but a veteran. While she may not have been in WWE for long, she has more in-ring experience than almost anyone else in the locker room. Martinez will have a terrific match with Li at In Your House, with Li taking the win.

Bronson Reed and MSK vs. Legado Del Fantasma for the NXT North American Championship and the NXT Tag Team Championships

The absence of the North American and Tag Team Titles from the TakeOver card was rather curious heading into In Your House's go-home show. Fear not, as all three championships and their respective champions were being saved for a blockbuster announcement. Bronson Reed and MSK will team up to take on Legado Del Fantasma. Every title will be on the line which means whoever wins will leave with all the gold. This has to be Reed and MSK's for the taking, but don't rule Legado Del Fantasma out.
