Paul Heyman "Spoils" That Brock Lesnar Will Cash-In At Extreme Rules

Paul Heyman has promised that Brock Lesnar will be cashing in his Money In The Bank contract at Extreme Rules.

At Money In The Bank, many fans were left with a bitter taste in their mouths. After seven Superstars went to war for the men's contract, Brock Lesnar strode to the ring and claimed it for himself. Since then, The Beast has teased a couple of cash-ins. On Raw, at Super Showdown, but thus far, he has not cashed in.

WWE led us to believe that this is partly due to Lesnar not understanding the rules surrounding the contract. Rewind to the former WWE Champion being taken aback at the news he has an entire year to cash in his contract. Despite now knowing that, Paul Heyman is leading fans to believe that a cash-in will take place at Extreme Rules.

Heyman came to the ring on Raw this week to break the news. While he wouldn't divulge which champion is in danger, Raw's executive director did describe this Sunday's cash-in as a "spoiler." In case you didn't already know, whenever Heyman describes something as a spoiler ahead of time, it ends up coming true. We haven't looked into how true that is, but thankfully, Heyman did the research for us.

After dropping the word spoiler, Heyman revealed that every time he has "spoiled" something since he first did so during the build to WrestleMania XXX, it has come true. On that occasion, Lesnar defeated The Undertaker to end The Streak in what was one of the most iconic moments in WWE history. However, what Heyman said next on Raw this week was pretty telling.

Lesnar's advocate admitted that he might be lying. That even though every time he has promised a spoiler it has happened, this time, he might break his own streak. It might sound strange, but we think that additional comment only compounds that a cash-in will be happening this Sunday. Fans will now have their guard down due to what Heyman said about spoilers, thus making a potential cash-in an even bigger deal.
