Cesaro left for China after this week's Raw but revealed that he will be stopping in Cardiff for NXT UK TakeOver on the way.

NXT has been making a lot of history over the course of the past two weeks. The black and gold brand's move to the USA Network is a historic one. Meanwhile, its sister brand NXT UK is getting set to make a little more history of its own this weekend. On Saturday, it will head to Cardiff and hold what will be only its second-ever TakeOver event.

Just like regular TakeOvers, NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff is made up of a five-match card. All three of the brand's titles will be on the line, plus two extra bouts which will also be can't miss. If the first UK TakeOver was anything to go by, we can also expect a few cameos. In Blackpool, Finn Balor showed up to take on his fellow countryman, Jordan Devlin.

This time around, WWE has shown us its hand a little early. At Raw this week, an interviewer caught up with Cesaro as he was leaving the arena. The Swiss Cyborg revealed that he was headed to China, but would be stopping somewhere along the way. Cardiff, Wales for NXT UK TakeOver. The former US Champion also revealed he planned on taking a "hands-on approach" when he arrives.

Cesaro's threat/promise has caught the attention of some of the NXT UK Superstars who currently have nothing to do at TakeOver: Cardiff. Pete Dunne replied to the clip of Cesaro's statement with a simple "alright mate." Kassius Ohno was a little more elaborate with his reply. Makes sense since he and Cesaro go back a long way. They were a successful team called The Kings of Wrestling on the independent circuit.

We look forward to seeing how exactly Cesaro gets involved at TakeOver: Cardiff this Saturday. A Kings of Wrestling reunion would be terrific. Perhaps we could see them take on the two-thirds of British Strong Style that has nothing to do on the night in an impromptu match. Since NXT UK tapings will be taking place in the same building the following night, we might even see some sort of angle unfold.
