Randy Orton has had a pop at John Cena over the superstar's refusal to head to Saudi Arabia for the WWE's Crown Jewel event.
The show, scheduled for Friday, has been the subject of some controversy following the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi and it is believed that there are a lot of wrestlers who would rather not compete.
However, most of the roster flew over, with only Cena and Daniel Bryan pulling out.
Bryan has been replaced by Samoa Joe while Cena, who now wrestles part-time due to his Hollywood commitments and other ventures, will have Bobby Lashley feature in his stead.
In an airport interview with TMZ Sports, Orton took a swipe at Cena after being questioned over wrestlers pulling out of the show.
"Does he still wrestle?" Orton shot. "Oh, I didn't know he pulled out."
Asked if he was concerned about the bad publicity performing at Crown Jewel might attract, Orton replied: "I got five kids. I gotta go make that dollar. If they want me in Saudi, I'm going to Saudi."
Orton, who will be part of the World Cup tournament, didn't seem particularly motivated to fly to Saudi Arabia to wrestle at such a time and even complained about his expectations regarding the flight. It looks like he's only looking to get paid, which is most likely the case with most of the roster.
Cena, meanwhile, faced Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble the last time the WWE was in Saudi Arabia but hasn't made many appearances since then.
The WWE hasn't yet announced his next scheduled appearance but he's bound to pop up for a fight from time to time. Hopefully, his next bout will be against Orton.
