Back on WWE programming now, it's hard to know if whatever WWE has planned for Shayna Baszler will stick. A recent report suggests they company has change things numerous times on her and she's gotten the shaft in more than one instance.

Fightful is reporting that their sources have told them Baszler has been getting the runaround for the entire 2020 calendar year. Having already confirmed that she wasn't injured while off programming, WWE creative simply didn't know what to do with her. This comes after news that she was in line for huge pushes, all of which were taken away.

They write, We're told that there have been some major changes for Shayna Baszler this year." They went on to site three specific examples.

From the point she was called up to WWE Raw, she was penciled in to win the WWE Royal Rumble in January, before Charlotte Flair was decided on. However, we're told that call was actually finalized just hours before the event actually happened.

Of course, that wasn't the only time she was passed over when originally booked for something big. They added that Becky Lynch pitched for Baszler to beat her at this year's WrestleMania, only to have Vince McMahon squash the idea because there were no fans in attendance and he felt that might hurt Baszler's status as a heel.

Finally, there was a pitch for Baszler to win Money in the Bank, but instead, she was barely used during the match, didn't even make it to the roof for the final moments and was too busy being in food fights to be effective.

So, What's Next For Baszler?

The question seems to be what to do with her now? Paul Heyman seemed to have ideas in the works, but as he left, Baszler disappeared. Now that she's back, she randomly took out the ninjas and threatened R-Truth.

Does WWE have something in mind for her, or are they hoping an idea will present itself and until then, just to keep her on television?
