Now that The Revival are the Tag Team Champions, Dash and Dawson want to reintroduce a pair of classic Tag Team Titles.

It was only a few weeks ago that The Revival was rumored to be on their way out the door. With All Elite Wrestling hiring talent and Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder constantly being overlooked, it seemed almost inevitable. How things can change so quickly in the world of pro wrestling.

Even though Dash and Dawson have been rumored to be leaving, the pair has been chasing the Raw Tag Team Titles for weeks. This past Monday, the pair finally achieved that dream. In a terrific match, which was technically Raw's main event, the former NXT Tag Team Champions overcame Bobby Roode and Chad Gable to win the titles.

Only a few days into their reign, Dash has already been discussing alterations he wants to make to the titles. Not just alterations, but entire substitutions. On Wednesday, the Tag Champion posted a photo of perhaps the most iconic Tag Team Titles in WWE history. Championships that were made famous by teams such as Edge & Christian, The British Bulldogs, and The Hart Foundation. It didn't have a caption to go with it, but clearly, the tweet has gone down a storm.

The tweet was so popular that Dash followed up less than 24 hours later. The tweet, which you can check out above, features him and Dawson wearing the iconic titles. This time he wrote "The people have spoken WWE. Don’t deny the Universe." Speaking of Dawson, he has been surprisingly quiet during this short saga. He did quote Dash's second tweet and wrote "I like to call them 'belts'."

We would love nothing more than to see WWE resurrect some of the best looking titles it has ever created. However, we think that will be highly unlikely. Short of The Revival being part of a photoshoot with classic championships, it's unlikely they'll be getting their hands on any former iterations of the Tag Team Titles. They'll have to make do with the present day Raw versions, even if they aren't anywhere near as good looking.
