WWE superstar Roman Reigns has already faced the majority of top talents on the WWE roster, most recently squaring off against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34 in a losing effort.

Reigns' long list of top opponents faced also included The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33 (becoming just the second man to beat The Deadman on the Grandest Stage of Them All), Chris Jericho, Triple H (at WrestleMania 32 to end The Authority), John Cena, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman and AJ Styles, among others.

The Big Dog has headlined the last four WrestleMania pay-per-views, and there's no reason to think he won't headline it again next year. But there are only so many big names left he could face that would headline WrestleMania 35 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

With that, there's one particular name in mind Reigns would like to face on the Grandest Stage of Them All next year. In a recent interview with WWE.com's Spanish Section, Reigns revealed who he dreams of facing most:

“It’s difficult. The last few years have been a roller coaster of sensations, a great opportunity, but I think I’d like to face Daniel Bryan again.

I do not see much of the talents of SmackDown, but I know that he has a medical discharge and that if his health respects him it could be a great match for next year at WrestleMania. Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns. But if it can not be, then I’d like to face the rest of The Shield, Seth and Dean again, I think it would be great too”.

Reigns and Bryan have squared off before, most recently at the 2015 Fastlane pay-per-view. In that match, Reigns beat Bryan in an epic 20:10 bout to become the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31, where he'd face Brock Lesnar. Of course, Seth Rollins shocked the crowd at Levi Stadium in San Francisco by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract, pinning Reigns to become the new champion.

Bryan and Reigns also faced off on the May 31, 2013 episode of SmackDown, but Kane interfered which led to a victory for the latter. Without a doubt, the WWE Universe would welcome back this rivalry.

But will it happen in the near future? The two men compete on different brands, and WrestleMania 35 is still almost a full year away. For Reigns and Bryan to build up a possible match at WrestleMania, we may have to wait until the Royal Rumble and see if one of them will cross over to the other brand.

Reigns wants another match with Bryan, and it's safe to say the fans would love one as well. The only question is if the creative team will be ready for such a match in 2019.
