Roman Reigns was recently asked what he thinks of Dean Ambrose leaving WWE. His response? "We're working on that."

Even though Roman Reigns has only been gone from WWE for four months, a lot has changed in his absence. Even those closest to him now have extremely different outlooks compared to when he left. Seth Rollins is readying for himself to take on Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, while Dean Ambrose has decided to part ways with WWE altogether after the biggest show of the year.

Despite Rollins and Ambrose currently being on very different paths, after revealing he was in remission, Reigns' first order of business involved both of them. The Big Dog paired up with The Architect in order to chase off Superstars from delivering a four on one beatdown to Ambrose. The Lunatic may not have known who his rescuers were until watching it back as Rollins and Reigns left before he came back around.

Reigns and Rollins' rescue attempt has only added fuel to the rumors that WWE is planning another Shield reunion. However, if Ambrose is not long for this WWE world, then it's going to have to happen soon. Or is it? As reported by Wrestling News, The Big Dog might well be the key when it comes to convincing his Lunatic buddy to change his mind.

During a recent autograph signing, a fan asked Reigns what he thought of Ambrose's plan to leave WWE this April. He kept his answer short and sweet. "We're working on that." By we, Reigns could mean he and Ambrose, he and WWE, or most likely, all three parties. It's probably safe to assume that Ambrose is leaving for creative reasons as opposed to a lack of cash, so what could WWE possibly offer him to convince him to stay?

Perhaps the seemingly imminent Shield reunion is the angle Reigns, Rollins, and WWE is hoping will sway Ambrose back onto their side. The faction's original run is what made them famous and paved the way for the trio to ultimately all become WWE Champions in their own right. If all three men stay healthy and the next Shield run is similar to the first, maybe Ambrose will end up sticking around.
