Roman Reigns made his first public appearance since revealing to the world live on Raw a little more than a month ago that he is battling with leukemia.

More than a month has passed since Roman Reigns shocked the wrestling world by revealing he had been diagnosed with leukemia. Not just that, but Reigns also explained how he had suffered with and beaten the disease 11 years earlier, something only known by those closest to him.

Sadly, due to the fact Reigns has no idea how long he will be away from wrestling, The Big Dog had no choice but to relinquish the Universal Title. Reigns then shared an emotional moment with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose at the top of the ramp. After the show, WWE shared a video of Reigns hugging fellow Superstars backstage, and that's the last we saw of him until this weekend.

On Saturday, Reigns was in attendance for the derby game between fierce rivals the Georgia Bulldogs and Georgia Tech. The latter's camera crew caught up with Reigns before the match and posted the short clip on its Twitter account, which you can check out below. Reigns jokes that he is the only real big dog in attendance, adding "to hell with Georgia."

Before ever setting foot in WWE, Reigns played football for Georgia Tech while at college, hence him wanting to be at the game on Saturday. During his whole time playing for the side, The Yellow Jackets could never beat the superior Bulldogs. Unfortunately, he didn't see his side win this weekend either. The Bulldogs beat Reigns beloved Georgia Tech 45 points to 21. In all fairness, The Bulldogs have only lost once so far this season.

All we know for certain about Reigns' leukemia right now is that he has started treatment. That's all we need to know for now too. It's up to Reigns how much or how little he lets fans know about what he is going through right now. The good news is that in the clip above, he looks like he is doing well. We and the rest of the WWE Universe continue to hope that he can beat leukemia for a second time and return to the ring one day soon.
