Ruby Riott took to social media on Thursday to reveal some really cool but massive new tattoos that cover her shoulder and neck area.

There are plenty of tattooed Superstars in WWE but among the most tattooed in the Women's Division is Ruby Riott. It appears she's added to her collection with new ink that runs up her shoulder and onto her neck.

Riott took to Instagram to show off the artwork and announced the tattoo work was done by Amber Olsen, owner of the Enamored Arts tattoo studio and art gallery in Mishawaka, Indiana. Noting that her former Riott Squad partner Sarah Logan gave her the idea for the piece, you could tell Riott was happy with the sunflower design, that also happens to work with the scar she got after having surgery on August 6 to repair a bilateral injury on her left shoulder.

Corey Graves responded telling her to stop getting surgery so they could host SuperstarInk together. Other present and former Superstars also chimed in saying they thought the new tattoo looked great.

What This Means

Superstars getting tattoos is not much of a story. It also makes sense Riott would want to get something that either works with or covers a scar she got from surgery. That said, let's hope she got permission from WWE to get the work done because there have been recent reports of the company getting a bit upset when members of the roster get obvious changes that WWE will need to adjust for in merchandise like action figures and video games.

Riott seems pretty level-headed and likely wouldn't do anything to ripple the waters in WWE.

The tattoo is cool and it's absolutely something Riott fans will dig. The only thing they'd probably like more is having Riott return to action.
