Big Cass appeared to have suffered a left knee injury during Saturday's live show in Amsterdam - during a tag team match with The Miz against Daniel Bryan and Tye Dillinger - according to a report from NoDQ.com.

The report mentioned that Cass "looked legit super upset," and was escorted backstage the the side entrance. It's unknown if the injury is legitimate or if this was all scripted, however.

A fan in attendance tweeted out two videos that showed Cass limping around and looking visibly frustrated.

Big Cass tore his ACL on that same left knee injury last August and only returned weeks ago, so there is immediate concern - assuming it wasn't part of keyfabe. A torn ACL is extremely gruesome and can sometimes ruin an athlete's career, so we have to hope this isn't a serious injury for Cass.

For what it's worth, Big Cass' reaction when he tore his ACL against Enzo Amore in a Brooklyn Street Fight last year was similar. He wasn't able to put much weight on his leg and was seen extremely frustrated. As such, we have to hope his visible anger wasn't a sign that he felt another bad pop in his knee.

Big Cass returned to WWE last month and has since engaged in a feud with Bryan - who was only cleared to return to the ring before WrestleMania 34. Prior to his ACL injury and breakup with Amore, Cass was rumored to be on the verge of a major push, and a feud with Bryan is certainly a strong hint that the creative team is still big on him.

We'll be sure to provide more updates on Big Cass as they come along. For now, though, we can only hope the injury isn't serious.
