Big Cass and Carmella have been one of the most popular wrestling couples since 2015, but Ms. Money in the Bank hinted at the relationship coming to an end. As noted by WrestlingInc.com, Carmella took down photos of Big Cass on her Instagram account, and no longer follows him on Twitter.
Though neither have made a statement, that's a pretty telling sign that the couple may have broken up. There aren't any good reasons for Carmella to unfollow her boyfriend on social media, if they were still together.
Carmella's WWE career began in NXT, where she was the storyline hair dresser for Cass and tag team partner, Enzo Amore. She then became a valet for the duo, before being drafted to the SmackDown brand in 2016. Her and Cass' two-year relationship was private for a while, and they kept details low-key.

For what it's worth, Enzo Amore and girlfriend Liv Morgan recently broke up, with the latter posting social media messages about cheating. We'll see if Cass or Carmella release any statements about the relationship, if it has ended.
With the two competing on different brands and Cass sidelined with an injury, it may have been difficult for the relationship to continue. Alberto Del Rio and Paige recently called off their engagement, with the former saying it was too hard for them to see each other with conflicting schedules.
Big Cass has been sidelined since August, when he tore his ACL in a match against Enzo Amore on Monday Night Raw. Cass is hoping to return by WrestleMania 34, though that remains to be seen.
As for Carmella, the anticipation for when she cashes in her Money in the Bank contract continues, which she obtained at the MITB pay-per-view in June. With the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 34 not far off, she could cash it in soon.
