Following reports of Sasha Banks having tried to quit WWE after WrestleMania, the female star has posted an Instagram photo which seems to suggest that she isn't mad over her loss to The IIconics after all.

Banks, who became one-half of the first-ever WWE female tag team champions alongside Bayley earlier this year, saw the run ended last week and was said to be livid after the show. Per Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer (h/t Ringside News), she was keen on walking away from the company as she felt she had been blindsided by the late decision to have The IIconics take over as tag team champs.

The 27-year-old would later cancel a scheduled appearance on The Wendy Williams Show due to "personal reasons" and was a no show on Raw last week. Reports claim that WWE has given her time off to cool down in the hopes that she will decide to keep working with them.

Bayley is also reported as having vehemently displayed her displeasure over losing the belts and there are claims that she and Banks laid around on the floor of the locker room, as well as their hotel, to protest the decision. Yet Banks' Instagram photo of the pair cozying up to The IIconics right after their match seems to say otherwise.

The image shows Sasha and Bayley posing with Jessica McCay and Cassie McIntosh all in smiles along with the caption "Love #womenswrestling".

This does seem like an attempt to pour cold water on the rumors but Banks has yet to publicly comment on the reports.

What This Means

Banks and Bayley certainly don't appear to be mad in the photo and there probably wouldn't even be one if they were as combustible as initially reported.

But the former did unfollow WWE on Twitter and has started following AEW, while her husband has also put out a short statement which, despite not mentioning her, suggests that she could be thinking of quitting.
