Seth Rollins has gone after Becky Lynch on Twitter again. The Architect should know by now that this probably won't end well for him.
The meteoric rise of Becky Lynch over the course of the past few months has been amazing to watch. This week on SmackDown Live, Lynch stated that she is the hottest thing in the business right now. That's not merely a brag or a lie, it really is the truth. The fans can't get enough of her and she is doing the very best work of her career, both in the ring and on the mic.
In fact, that work currently extends to what Lynch is doing on social media. No one is safe from The Man on Twitter. If you step to her, prepare for a response and you're not going to like it. Ronda Rousey, Nia Jax, and Charlotte Flair have all felt the champ's wrath. Even the interaction between Lynch and Conor McGregor started by The Lass Kicker claiming she could snap The Notorious One's arm.
Perhaps the strangest Lynch Twitter beef so far has been with Seth Rollins. We're not entirely sure how it started, but we do know that The Man picked up the win. Rollins certainly didn't want his flame emblazoned trousers being picked on. However, despite being schooled by Lynch already, The Architect has come back for more.
Once upon a time being “The Man” was about going into the ring and proving it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT....not excellence in internet trolling. Clearly I’m doing it all wrong. https://t.co/OH41mnMGTL— Seth Rollins (@WWERollins) November 29, 2018
Lynch's recent Instagram story prompted a fan to take to Twitter and claim that the SmackDown Women's Champion continues to prove she's The Man. Rollins has not taken kindly to that. The Intercontinental Champion replied to the tweet by writing that being The Man used to be “about going into the ring and proving it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT....not excellence in internet trolling."
At the time of typing this, Lynch is yet to respond to Rollins' latest jibe. However, once she does, you can rest assured it will be worth checking out. Also, considering he is supposed to be a babyface, Rollins' attack seems a little unwarranted. Lynch is currently recovering from having her face busted open and a concussion so she isn't allowed to compete right now. An odd shot to take, and a rivalry that can't end in a match. That said, we are still enjoying it quite a bit.
