WWE is currently trying to figure out how to structure the WrestleMania main event in terms of its rules and what titles will be on the line.

You certainly expect there to be many a twist and a turn on the road to WrestleMania. However, no one was expecting the spanner Charlotte Flair threw in the works this week. After being accused of bringing nothing to this year's WrestleMania main event by Becky Lynch, The Queen went to work on SmackDown Live and defeated Asuka for the blue brand's women's championship.

Becoming an eight-time champion is quite the accomplishment, however, Flair is still bringing nothing more to the main event match than she was before The Man's hurtful statement. That being said, it is highly likely WWE will now put Flair's title on the line as well as Ronda Rousey's in the triple threat match. It's just a question of how exactly they go about doing that.

According to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is currently unsure of how to go about doing this themselves. Dave Meltzer has reported that two phrases are currently being thrown around in regard to the 'Mania main event. "Winner Take All" and "All On The Line." That presumably means no matter who pins who, that Superstar will leave with both titles, but apparently not.

The current plan is to have the person who wins the match take the championship of the opponent they beat. So if Lynch pins Flair, she becomes SmackDown Women's Champion, or if Flair pins Rousey, she will become a dual champion. The only sticking point in the scenario would be if Lynch is the one being covered or submitted. In that instance, we would again assume whoever is doing so would become a dual champion.

It is certainly quite the corner WWE has booked itself into, and one you'd have thought they would have planned a way out of before doing so. What are we saying? Of course WWE doesn't think that far ahead. This is the main event of WrestleMania though, so it has to be good. The plan can't be cobbled together and whatever the decision, we just hope it makes sense.
