With WrestleMania week now in the books, the host of the Smart Marks of Wrestling Podcast talk about WWE's biggest week of the year.

Show Notes:

Brandon and I break down the NXT Takeover: New York and talk about how good that pay-per-view was. From five-star matches that opened the show to a main event that might be match-of-the-year, what's next for NXT and some of the guys in brand.

We then move onto the Hall of Fame ceremony and the weird incident that saw a fan rush the ring and attack Bret Hart. Outside of that, was the Hall of Fame as boring as it often is each year? What did we think of the stage change? Who had the best speech?

The main show of the weekend was WrestleMania 35. 16 matches filled a seven-hour card. How much of the pay-per-view was done well and how much of it was a disappointment? Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar opened the event and one of us hated the match and another was ok with how it was booked. The main event saw a finish that some people believed was a big botch. Jim isn't so sure it didn't play out exactly as WWE intended. There were other titles changes and returns and the next night on Raw, The Undertaker, Sami Zayn and Lars Sullivan made their debuts and returns. One of us was not a fan of Raw or SmackDown and the other saw some really good things come out of the show.
