On this week's podcast, we talk all about the Superstar Shake-up and how it appeared WWE just sort of threw it all together. What did you think?

On a busy week in WWE, there was a lot to talk about. From the drama that was Sasha Banks apparently taking her ball and going home and Luke Harper sharing on social media that he's asked for his release, WWE aired two live shows where a ton of names switch brands, setting the tone for what should be the rest of the 2019 calendar year.

Show Notes:

The big names to move were Elias, Finn Balor, and Roman Reigns to SmackDown Live while AJ Styles and The Miz went to Raw. In between those monumental changes, Raw and SmackDown Live snuck up some faces from NXT, changed their names or their partners and got the Internet buzzing.

We then dove into the Banks situation and wondered out loud, just how much of this story is real? Are the reports of her having a tantrum accurate? Is this something the WWE Universe has just blown way out of proportion?

Finally, why did it feel like WWE just threw these two shows together? From call-ups to name changes to the same talents appearing on both shows with no immediate reference to whether or not they were actually being moved, we firmly believed this was a missed opportunity for WWE.

Take a listen to see if we're out to lunch or not. Maybe it's just us and you loved the Superstar Shake-up.
