Steph Curry is the greatest shooter the NBA has ever seen. But the superstar is very much a team player, despite his elevated status.

Curry, currently out with a problematic groin, has been sidelined since November 8. But he is hoping to return to action during the Golden State Warriors' upcoming five-game road trip.

In the meantime, however, the sharpshooter is being as helpful as he can off the court. With the Warriors beating the Sacramento Kings on Saturday night, Curry celebrated the win by posting a photo of his teammates on Instagram.

Jordan Bell, one of the less popular Dubs players, made a bit of bizarre request, asking Curry to tag him in the photo so he could increase his following.

"Tag me," he commented on the guard's post. "I need some of them followers."

"Willing and able to correct that!" Curry responded, tagging the entire team in the image, directing his 22.9 million followers to his teammates' Instagram accounts.

Quinn Cook took advantage of the opportunity, piggybacking on Bell's request.

"ALL OF STEPH'S FOLLOWERS FOLLOW @jbell AND I @qcook323 ASAP!" he commented.

What This Means

Bell's following was at 366,000 at the time of writing, while Cook's was at 561,000. Of course, those pale in comparison to Curry's, but their owners aren't the greatest shooters in the world.

Curry has been a model player and teammate since his arrival in the NBA and his humility has been one of his strengths. While this was a very small gesture, it still shows his willingness to be helpful in whatever way he can.

Meanwhile, his return to the court should come as a huge relief for the team, who have won their last two games but have also struggled in his absence.
