As the Chief Brand Officer of WWE, Stephanie McMahon has a lot on her plate. She's constantly out there traveling, promoting and setting into motion some of the biggest initiatives the WWE has to offer. She's also a mother of three and the combination of the two roles likely doesn't give her a ton of time to work out and stay in the kind of shape she needs to in order to show up on weekly programming or get physical in the ring with the likes of Ronda Rousey. To do everything, she and her husband Triple H have become known for their midnight workouts.

The couple has built a gym in their home with allows them to be parents and get their workouts in. As you can see from the Instagram video below, it's state of the art with all the cool toys one could imagine ever having in a home gym. It allows for the lifting and muscle building Triple H needs to do and the toning and cardio Stephanie often displays on social media.

The particular video shows a pretty intense workout of kettle bell exchanges and single-leg mountain climbers. Anyone who's ever tried to do these and keep their core tight knows how much of a workout this is.

She writes, "#MidnightWorkout w @defrancosgym @tripleh & #Andre (look behind the bench in the background) - tonight’s finisher: plank kettle bell exchange, single leg mountain climbers and burpees #NoExcuses #TrainForLife"

The comments of her post seem to be mostly positive with fans encouraging Stephanie to get after it, that they are impressed with her focus and energy and some loved the fact the dog seems to be relaxing in the background while Triple H is loading his plates for a shrug or deadlift workout.

Still, Stephanie shows she has a ton of resolve when it comes to getting in shape and if she can find time to do it with all she has going on, the rest of us don't have much of an excuse for not getting up and being active.

Stephanie can next be seen on Celebrity Undercover Boss where she'll be in disguise and checking out how many of her employees act.
