As the women's traditional Survivor Series match took place, one thing became extremely clear. The sole survivor Nia Jax was not well liked.

The traditional five-on-five match saw its fair share of changes leading up to the event. With the SmackDown Live team captain, Charlotte Flair pulled from the match to take Becky Lynch's place against Ronda Rousey, it wasn't Flair's replacement Mandy Rose that had people talking. When Natalya and Ruby Riott couldn't see eye to eye and co-exist on the same team, ultimately being replaced by Sasha Banks and Bayley, that wasn't huge news either. No, the takeaway from the match was how much the WWE Universe had turned on Nia Jax.

Not necessarily a heel and certainly not a babyface, Jax was playing up the fact that she'd taken out Lynch last week on Raw, breaking her face and leaving her with a concussion due to an errant (or, depending on who you ask, potentially intentional) fist.

She'd been on social media earlier in the week bragging that she'd taken out Lynch saying, "We don't deliver mail, things happen." Still, that didn't stop the rumors from existing she's received some heat backstage for her mistake and she certainly wasn't being forgiven by the audience who seems to have sided with Lynch.

As the match wore on, the boos towards Jax got louder and louder. Likely knowing this was coming, WWE steered Jax in that direction, had her turn on her own teammate in Sasha Banks then take out Asuka to be the sole survivor for her team.

Clearly, Jax doesn't care who she hurts, if anyone is on her side and who she has to take out to get to the top.

What This Means

Lynch is beloved in WWE right now, which means anyone who opposes her or takes her away from the WWE Universe is immediately enemy No. 1. Jax now fills that spot. It doesn't help that Jax has a history with hurting her opponents in the ring. The WWE Universe is fickle when it comes to being patient for unsafe talents.

A feud is coming between Lynch and Jax and WWE might as well make Jax as hated as she can possibly be. A good babyface always needs a good nemesis.
