Just about three days removed from John Cena referencing Jimmy Uso's mugshot on Raw, the WWE star has found himself in trouble with the law again - this time for driving under the influence.

This is Jimmy's second arrest this year, with Detroit police having taken him into custody for his involvement in a "drunken dispute" with law enforcement back in February.

The news comes via TMZ, who's reporting that the wrestler was seen speeding and driving "erratically" by a police officer who subsequently pulled him over in Pensacola, Florida early Thursday morning. The officer claims Jimmy - whose real name is Jonathan Fatu - reeked of alcohol and refused to get tested.

"Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... Uso was speeding when an officer got behind him and noticed he was driving erratically and "swerving left and right," the report reads.

"We're told when the cop pulled the wrestler over, he reeked of alcohol ... and when the officer tried to administer DUI tests on Uso, he refused. Uso was then arrested on a DUI charge and we're told he was also hit with a speeding citation."

Uso was booked at 3:04 am on Thursday morning, with police claiming that his blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit. The 33-year-old was still in custody when TMZ published their initial report, with a bond set at $1,000.

WWE has since issued a statement, pretty much what they said when he was arrested in February and what's usually stated when one of their employees falls afoul of the law. "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions," it reads.

Cena, meanwhile, might be wishing he'd never brought Uso's February mugshot up as he's been made to pose for another one the very same week. We'll have to keep an eye on the wrestler-turned-movie star now, but that has always proven immensely difficult to do.
