Even though they're the the Raw Tag Team Championships, nobody knows what the future holds for The Revival in the WWE.

There have been reports in recent weeks that suggested the duo were unhappy in WWE and asked to be released. None of that came to fruition, however, and they became the new Raw Tag Team Champions a month after news came out of the duo wanting to be let go.

Well, The Revival once again teased a possible exit from WWE. A fan wearing an AEW sweater shared a photo of The Revival posing with him on Twitter:

It's not hard to believe that WWE will be unhappy with The Revival's actions here. Keep in mind that the company fired writer Jimmy Jacobs back in October, after he shared a photo on Instagram where he posed with the Bullet Club.

AEW has signed away numerous former WWE talents, and they seem to view this new promotion as a major threat. It's been reported that WWE has offered major raises to many of its superstars, and Alfred Konuwa of Forbes recently reported that WrestleMania 35 could feature 17 matches. By doing this, WWE will be able to get television time for most of its superstars and keep all of them satisfied.

Mike and Maria Kanellis also reportedly requested their releases back in January, although all signs point to them staying on board for the time being. AEW has already signed Chris Jericho, and it's not hard to believe that they'll be in on Dean Ambrose when his WWE contract expires after WrestleMania. Could Ambrose and the Revival be the next major WWE talent pickups by AEW? Stay tuned, but the former Raw Tag Team Champions certainly are making things interesting with hints like this.

What This Means

Even though WWE put the Raw Tag Team Titles on them, it's possible that Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson still prefer an eventual move to a different promotion. We should find out in the coming weeks what the future holds for these two, but don't be surprised if they eventually look to leave WWE - especially with AEW likely to offer them better opportunities.
