At least three more WWE superstars tested positive for COVID-19 this week, according to Wrestling Observer Radio's Dave Meltzer.

WWE Champion Drew McIntyre confirmed having tested positive on Monday but, per Meltzer, he wasn't the only one to receive a positive test. It's understood the outbreak has affected both Raw and SmackDown, as well as NXT.

Ringside News reported on Monday night that there's also a positive case on the blue brand following the McIntyre revelation.

Meltzer has since added to that with claims of four wrestlers, including Drew, having contacted the respiratory disease.

“So there’s at least four, including Drew McIntyre, WWE wrestlers that I’m aware of that have, or just got over COVID-19 and there may be more," he was quoted as saying by WrestlingNews.co. Those are the only names I know and there was one on SmackDown who was scheduled on the show and taken off. There’s one who’s a big star who just returned from COVID, and there’s another one in NXT. There are probably others who will be kept out for contact tracing I’m going to guess.

“I don’t know anyone else on Raw that’s tested positive, but obviously if you watch the show you can deduce who wasn’t there and there’s a lot of people not there.”

On The Absentees

Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez had a bit of a back and forth over the performers who were not around on Raw, including Kofi Kingston, who has an injury. They also pointed out that the likes of Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were kept off television for weeks last year but weren't positive and were only sidelined as a precaution.

“That could be a lot of people," Meltzer added, "I only know of three people who do have it right now, but it’s an issue.”

In the meantime, you could get details on when McIntyre could return to TV here.
