Tommy Dreamer has provided fans with an update on Big Cass after the former WWE Superstar suffered a seizure at a show on Saturday night.

For the most part, pro wrestling is a show. Contrary to what many people think, we fans of the business are fully aware of that. That's right non-fans, you can stop asking us "you know it's fake, right?" However, just because wrestling is a staged show doesn't mean things don't go wrong and performers often get hurt.

One of the moments happened at a House Of Hardcore show in Philadelphia this past Saturday. It didn't happen in the ring, though. During the show's intermission, which took place inside the old ECW Arena, former WWE Superstar Big Cass planned on meeting fans and selling some merch. However, before he made it to his table, he suffered a seizure.

The situation sounds as if it was an extremely scary one. Cass collapsed, falling face first onto the floor. HoH promoter Tommy Dreamer was right there at the time and stayed with Cass until he was taken away in an ambulance. The seven-footer was reportedly talking and thanking everyone for their concern as he was being loaded into the ambulance, so that's obviously a good sign.

Dreamer has since supplied fans with more good news concerning Cass's condition. On Sunday afternoon, the former ECW original revealed that he had spoken to Cass and he was doing well. As of right now, that's all we know. It is currently unknown whether Dreamer paid Cass a visit in the hospital, or even if he is still in hospital at all. Wherever he is, we wish him well and hope that he recovers soon.

After Cass suffered the seizure on Saturday, Dreamer took to the ring later in the evening to address the situation. He told fans that the seizure was not brought on by drugs, and much like Cass's current condition, we are currently unaware of what brought the seizure on. We haven't heard of Cass having issues with seizures in the past. We will likely have to wait to hear from Cass himself to find out more.
