This week's Thursday Night Football contest will feature two of the NFL's most unproductive teams in the 2-4 Denver Broncos and the 1-5 Arizona Cardinals.

The Cardinals haven't gotten anything together this season, while the Broncos are in free-fall mode after an impressive 2-0 start. Both teams have been mediocre on defense and horrible on offense, so this could be a pretty low-scoring, turnover-filled game.

But Denver's star player - linebacker Von Miller - is quite confident that the Broncos will not only beat the Cardinals on the road, but they'll beat them with relative ease.

"This week is totally different, we're going to get everybody's best this week. They're going to get our whole team's best, and that starts with me, "Miller said, via Lakisha Jackson of NFL.com. "They're going to get my best this week and we're going to go out there, and we're going to kick their (expletive). This is the way I'm feeling."

The pressure is now on Miller and the Broncos to back that up. He has 5.5 sacks on the season (with two forced fumbles), and gets a favorable matchup against struggling rookie quarterback Josh Rosen.

The Broncos will have a lot of questions to answer if they can't win this game. They blew a fourth quarter lead to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4, then followed it up with an embarrassing 34-16 Week 5 loss to the New York Jets. This Sunday, too many mistakes crushed their chances of taking down the undefeated Los Angeles Rams; falling 23-20.

Arizona ranks last in yards (220.5 per game), and 31st in scoring offense (13.7). Star running back David Johnson has just 297 rushing yards (3.2 per carry), while perennial Pro Bowl wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has just 22 catches for 215 yards and no touchdowns.

Denver can keep its minimal playoff hopes alive with a road win against Arizona, but a loss could force the front office to start making some roster and coaching changes. Now that Miller has thrown in the trash talk, all the pressure is on the Broncos to finish the job.
