It might feel as if Roman Reigns has his whole career ahead of him, but The Big Dog already knows when he'll be scaling back on wrestling should all go to plan.

Roman Reigns has had quite the year. Last October, Reigns opened an episode of Raw but revealing that he had leukemia and that he had also battled against and beaten it eleven years prior. Thankfully, The Big Dog is now 2 and 0 against cancer, and returned to WWE less than six months after making that announcement.

That meant Reigns could compete at WrestleMania, and this weekend he even made his Hollywood debut. The former WWE Champion appears alongside his cousin The Rock in Hobbs & Shaw. What must have Vince McMahon worried right about now is the similarities Reigns is showing to his cousin. His movie career/the end of his full-time stay with WWE began with a bit-part role in a blockbuster, just like Reigns has done.

If Reigns' recent interview with TMZ is anything to go by, WWE has nothing to worry about, not yet anyway. "I can hold this schedule for at least 5 more years of being full-time," Reigns revealed. It also seems as if he wants to stick around for at least five more years, and doesn't just feel obligated to. "It’s great having other opportunities, but I still love having my physical thing in the ring."

Reigns did also add a caveat, that his current timeline is only a rough guideline. It all depends on how he feels in the ring, his health, and whether his cancer returns. Those factors could mean he sticks around in WWE a little longer, or it could cut those five years short. Whatever happens, with a cousin in the industry and one movie already under his belt, it seems as if he already has his sights set on a post-wrestling career in Hollywood.

WWE's top stars slowly trading the ring for the bright lights of Hollywood might be why Mr. McMahon is reluctant to crown his company's next top star. Rock did it, John Cena has done it, and now Reigns is already showing signs of following in their footsteps. Hopefully, we still have at least five more years of Reigns yet, though.
