Alexa Bliss was keeping a close eye on someone this past Monday. It wasn't clear who, but as six women in WWE wrestled to open Monday's show, Lilly and Bliss watched the match, seemed to interfere from afar and laughed as the women in the contest were confused and startled by her inexplicable powers.

It might be too early to tell who Bliss' target is, but there are a few clues we think help narrow it down.

Going after Shayna Baszler seems too obvious. She was the one person who was visibly affected by Bliss' presence to the point where she couldn't move her leg and was taken out and pinned. Like any good 'whodunnit' mystery, this is what WWE wants us all to think. Because she's also a co-tag team champion and part of the Nia Jax and Reginald storyline, inserting Bliss here doesn't seem to make much sense.

A few deductions allow us to assume that Bliss is not targeting Charlotte either. This might be people's first assumption, but The Queen seems to have a background storyline brewing with Sonya Deville and has been worked into the main event for WrestleMania Backlash. She was out later in the evening on commentary when Rhea Ripley wrestled Asuka, and Bliss and Lilly were nowhere to be found.

There's not an obvious connection with Asuka and Dana Brooke, so I'll rule them out too.

Mandy Rose Makes The Most Sense

The most interesting option to start out an in-ring return for Bliss might be Mandy Rose. There's a couple reasons WWE may choose this direction.

First, Bliss needs to come back and dominate someone. With Rose, that's an easy sell. Second, Rose has a history with Deville and Lilly was keeping an eye on the WWE official in a recent backstage segment. On the surface, the connection between Deville and Lilly doesn't make much sense, unless Deville is a means to an end with Rose. Remember too, when Lilly was spying on Deville, Deville was wearing red.

Perhaps Lilly is scouting someone whose got a history with her target. We've seen that Deville seems to still have it out for Rose, but it's not entirely clear why. Could she be looking for Deville to say something about Rose in a conversation that she can use against her? Might she plan to use Deville and her quest for power to go after Rose?

And, of course, when Bliss mentioned that Lilly has a thing for red, Rose's last name is literally a flower that is often associated to that color.
