While fans moan and bit-h about how the company often uses celebrities to promote their product -- the latest being rapper Bad Bunny -- reports are the sports entertainment company is already seeing a huge return on their investment.

It has been reported that Bad Bunny is currently training in the Performance Center for a match at this year's Showcase of the Immortals. The plan, as per Wrestling Observer Radio's Dave Meltzer, seems to be to have him tag with Damian Priest and take on The Miz and John Morrison in a tag match at WrestleMania 37.

Why would WWE be choosing to put Bad Bunny in the ring and give him so much television time? A few reasons, actually.

First, WWE believes his association with the product will help bolster their Latino market. Case in point, the first released merchandise featuring Bad Bunny on WWE Shop is already sold out and more merchandise is being made. Second, Priest recently said he's having a blast with the reactions of fans who aren't wrestling diehards but are reaching out to him to learn more about him. Priest recently spoke with Scott Fishman of TVInsider and said the rapper has put new eyes on him. WWE has to love this.

WWE is well aware that the rapper has a huge following and that loyal fanbase is coming over to WWE to see what he's up to. Priest is getting a good rub because of it and the WWE is making money.

Is There Going To Be More Of This In The Future?

While it's not clear when Bad Bunny will make his next appearance for WWE, there is already talk that WWE is looking to make more of these connections with musicians and celebrities as a way to promote their current product.

Bow Wow took to Twitter this morning and said once he releases his last album, he will focus on doing more acting and joining WWE. Bow Wow said, "Now I know this might sound crazy... BUT... after I drop my last album. I will focus on tv and film. And joining the @WWE its been a life long childhood dream to wrestle in the WWE!!!!

Not to mention, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan recently spoke with Alfred Konuwa of Forbes and confirmed that the company has interest in working with rapper Cardi B.
