After years and years of awaiting a clash between these two legends, fans finally got to see The Undertaker and John Cena face off at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans - and it left a lasting impression we will never forget.

The match only lasted a few short minutes, but we saw arguably the two biggest superstars in WWE history go toe-to-toe. Undertaker absolutely squashed Cena, hitting him with a chokeslam before finishing the 16-time World Champion with a Tombstone Piledriver. With that, his WrestleMania record moves to an impressive 24-2.

Interestingly, this was also the sight where Brock Lesnar handed Undertaker his first-ever loss at WrestleMania four years ago. It's safe to say that this is redemption for the WWE icon.

The segment started when Cena came out and braced himself for an Undertaker appearance. The lights dimmed out, but it was just Elias - who performed another one of his guitar solos and started a singalong where he insulted Cena and the fans inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

A frustrated Cena then attacked Elias and began to leave for backstage, before the lights dimmed out once again. Undertaker's hat was seen in the ring, before a lightning bolt struck it and caused the attire to disappear.

And after a year of speculation, Undertaker finally made an iconic appearance and accepted Cena's challenge. The match was totally one-sided, however, as Undertaker defeated Cena in just 2:46.

Unlike last year's WrestleMania 33 loss to Roman Reigns, Undertaker didn't leave any hints that this was his final ride. No attire left in the middle of the ring, no embracing his family ringside and no good-bye gestures to the crowd. Believe it or not, he may have a few WrestleMania moments left in him.

Undertaker's last appearance was at the Raw 25th Anniversary show in January, where he cut a short promo and discussed the history of his WWE career. Fans had waited a month for him to accept Cena's challenge, and it finally happened.

Now, the question is whether or not he just competed in the final match of what has been a legendary career.
