The chaos surrounding WWE's 24/7 Title became even more frantic on Raw this week. The title changed hands five times in the space of one segment.

With each passing week, the 24/7 Title entertains us more and more. Once you accept the fact that it is not supposed to be taken seriously, you'll find the segments that revolve around it easy to enjoy. Plus, WWE has found the perfect advocate for the title in R-Truth. That's why the veteran has held the championship for the majority of its existence.

Over the weekend, Truth became a six-time 24/7 Champion in what was his most entertaining recapture yet. Truth rolled up Drake Maverick at the GM's own wedding. On Raw this week, a still distraught Maverick marched to the ring demanding a match. It needed to be a match as the 24/7 rules had been suspended for the purpose of Truth appearing on Miz TV.

Truth defeated Maverick in a matter of seconds. However, as soon as the bell rang to signify the end of the match, the 24/7 rules were once again in effect. As the horde of Superstars who want to be champion rushed to the ring, Truth made his escape through the WWE Universe. Unfortunately for Truth, his night was not over.

Later in the night, Truth stumbled back into the arena and distracted Heath Slater and Mojo Rawley who were about to compete in a match. Slater forwent wrestling Rawley and instead, pinned Truth to become champion. Truth quickly won the title back from Slater, but was then pinned again, this time by Cedric Alexander. EC3 then capitalized on Alexander's celebrations and became champion himself. However, the segment ended with Truth covering EC3 and bringing us back to square one.

So despite the championship changing hands five times within a matter of minutes, R-Truth is still your 24/7 Champion. In fact, he is now an eight-time champion despite the title only having existed for a little more a month. We look forward to seeing what happens next with the title. We're sure Truth will be on the run throughout the duration of tonight's SmackDown Live.
