Wrestling is a very unique industry that features an amazing connection between the performers inside the ring and the fans watching in the audience. The best way for a fan of the WWE to show their support is through the endless amounts of merchandise, and most notably T-shirts. Unfortunately, the WWE have been putting on some horrendous designs as of late. Throughout the ages, we’ve had iconic shirts like the nWO, Austin 3:16 and John Cena’s plethora of colored shirts, but they must have hired some new design artists to put out the latest batch of merch.

We know (at least for the most part) that Neville walked away from the company due to his unhappiness regarding his creative situation within the WWE, but he also had a major gripe with the effort that the WWE put into his shirt design, and he’s not the only one. Recently, several shirts were released for the likes of Ricochet, Ember Moon, Jeff Hardy and The Miz, and the fans aren’t ignoring it. Sure, the Ricochet one isn’t the worst design we’ve ever seen, but the others are just boring and look like they were commissioned to a child to design. It’s quite disappointing coming from the world’s biggest wrestling promotion.

There’s still some good, simple designs out there (take AJ Styles, The Undisputed Era and The New Day for example), but these are just terrible, and hopefully the WWE actually listen to their fans for once, because they deserve better. Sure, the company is going to make money no matter what, and we should cut them some slack due to the sheer amount of advertising, promotion and merchandise they produce. But sometimes, it needs to be pointed out and this is a very good example.

So what do you guys think? Is this merchandise any good at all? Is it something you’d buy? What’s the most memorable piece of merch that the WWE has ever produced for you? As always, let us know all your thoughts and ideas in the comment section below.
