WWE debuted a brand new signature before Raw began this past Monday night, and it sticks with the "Then, Now, Forever" theme from before.

We all have our favorite wrestlers and favorite eras from the business that we look back upon fondly. Whether it be Stone Cold Steve Austin drinking beer and raising hell during the Attitude Era, or Hulk Hogan dropping legs and encouraging us to take our vitamins throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.

However, it isn't just the wrestlers from those times that remind us of our childhood or how good we perceived things to be. Hearing announcers such as Jim Ross and Gorilla Monsoon can also stir up memories, as well as seeing certain posters for past events like the 1992 Royal Rumble or WrestleMania X-Seven. Well, how about the signature which has always preceded WWE programming?

It has changed a lot over the years, but it has always been there. The short 20 to 30-second clip that reminds viewers WWE programming is about to begin. Certain signatures will likely conjure up nostalgia in some of you, and some you may not have ever even seen before. If you're a new fan that has grown up on the "Then, Now, Forever" signature accompanied by fireworks that we've all grown accustomed to well, prepare for change.

WWE debuted a brand new signature before this week's Raw and while it has stuck with the Then, Now, Forever theme from before, it seems to have a much higher production quality. It starts by showing Superstars from the past such as Andre The Giant and The Rock, moves on to the Now with images of Alexa Bliss and Roman Reigns among others, before zooming out to show a WWE logo with Forever written underneath.

As signatures go, we are big fans. The new offering smacks of the signature that Marvel uses before any of its cinematic adventures begin. The music in the background even sounds like something which would be used in a heroic blockbuster. If that was WWE's inspiration then fair play to them. There is nothing hotter in entertainment than the Marvel Cinematic Universe right now so why not create something that reminds viewers of that?
